Red Knot Bakery is owned and operated by Mariam Dannawi in downtown Truro. RKB specializes in naturally leavened bread and hand-made pastries. All breads are made with stone-ground 100% organic Canadian flour with four simple ingredients: flour, water, salt and leaven. All bread with the exception of brioche is dairy free and vegan. All pastries are made from scratch with real butter, organic cane sugar, and eggs.
